I'm no longer the night-owl I once was.  So as planned, I'm capping off my night with a selection of picture books followed by a few hours of shut-eye.  I'm calling it a bit early than I hoped, but perhaps that gives me a better chance of actually listening to the alarm I plan to set for 6 AM so that I can re-join for a last little bit of reading and cheering.

I couldn't decide which book I wanted to start, so instead I took the time to finish the last chapter and a half of the non-fiction book The Surgeon's: Life and Death in a Top Heart Center by Charles R. Morris that I started well before the Read-A-Thon started.

Hours read total: about 7?

Pages read total: 782

Novels: 2

Picture Books: 3

Short Stories/Podcasts: 2

+ the last 30 pages of a non-fiction book
